Derksen Cabins offer a blend of charm and functionality, each featuring a 4-foot deep front porch with railing to create a welcoming entrance. Side Cabins provide the flexibility of a 4-foot porch with various placement options to suit individual preferences. Each cabin is fitted with three 2 x 3 windows for ample natural lighting and a 36-inch 9-light pre-hung door that adds elegance and security. Designed with an eye for comfort, these cabins boast an interior that provides plenty of vertical space, courtesy of the standard 8-foot-tall walls. Finish options include Treated, Painted, Z-Metal, or Urethane to ensure your cabin not only meets your functional needs but also suits your aesthetic desires.

Flooring
In addition, our flooring is designed and warranted specifically for sheds, from Louisiana-Pacific, we feature **LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish®, featuring a durable overlay for a beautiful, professional-grade appearance. As a result, it has no knots or voids. It’s a welcome change from building with traditional plywood flooring. In addition, unlike plywood shed floors, our LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish® is also treated with the LP® SmartGuard® process. Above all, the flooring provides longer-lasting performance in a variety of climates/weather.
Options
One option is our Electrical Package which is $690 for 1 100 Amp panel box, with 4 outlets, including a light fixture with a switch, This is the basic package, but additional 110 outlets, 220 outlets, and GFI outlets are also available.
